Microsoft makes the most of the touch screen and the Surface Pen to sell the Surface Pro 3's key features. The tablet will include Windows 8.1 as standard, which opens up to users a world of fantastic experiences, including built-in apps, the Windows Store experience, Skype and OneDrive cloud connectivity.
